Ingram House Bed and Breakfast offers a comfortable stay in what was originally the farmhouse. We can offer two double rooms and two superking/twin rooms - three with ensuite facilities and one with a private bathroom. All rooms have hospitality trays, bathrobes, and luxury linen. A freshly cooked Aga breakfast is taken in our family dining room and will include fruit, yogurts, cereals and a cooked breakfast. We do also offer dinner by arrangement.
The Valley has been inhabited for over ten thousand years and walking from the door will take you into the Cheviot Hills where you can discover the remains of Iron Age Settlement. The cafe, a short walk away, houses a small museum outlining the history of the Valley.
There is plenty of parking in our drive and there is an EV charging point at the Village Hall two minutes away. We have storage for bikes and drying space for wet outer clothes should you get caught in a shower whilst you are out.
Within a short drive you can get to the coast and visit Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle, Warkworth and Dunstanburgh. Closer still is Chillingham Castle with the only herd of wild cattle in the country grazing the parkland.
