"Westwood - The B&B with a view" has been spoiling guests since 2017 and quickly established an excellent reputation not only for its magnificent and panoramic views across the River Derwent to Lake District fells, but also for the delicious breakfasts and friendly hospitality offered by hosts, Judith and Peter. Family run, this gem B&B sets store by welcoming guests from all over the world and giving them a feeling of belonging and homeliness.
Situated near the Georgian Gem Town of Cockermouth in the Western Lake District, Westwood is ideally situated for wonderful excursions to mountains, lakes and the Solway Coast with a wide range of activities nearby to suit all tastes and wishes.
With a spacious guest lounge and attractive breakfast areas, as well as a well-tended garden with various seating areas and generous decking, Westwood currently offers guests two ensuite double bedrooms with King-size and Super king-size beds respectively. A Lavazza coffee machine as well as tea-making facilities and well-stocked Welcome Trays are supplied in both rooms.
