This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter also referred to as "Terms") of the Bed and Breakfast Directory (heininafter referred to as the 'Website', 'We', or 'Us'.
Listing your Bed and Breakfast on the Website
When listing your Bed and Breakfast on the Website, information you provide about your accommodation will be held and used by Us and the Website's owner (Commatic Limited - hereinafter referred to as "Owner") with the sole purpose of setting up a listing for you on the Website and associated postings to Social Media. The information you provide will not be passed on to any other third party unless We are required to do so by Law.
This information includes all details of your accommodation as well as any pictures supplied or obtained from your website/social media. Where such information is derived from your own website we will have sort your permission to use this data prior to setting up the advertisement on the Website.
We recommend that you check your listing as soon as it become live, and from time to time thereafter, to ensure details including room rates are correct an up to date. An email or message will be sent to you when your advertisement goes live.
All Amendments you may require should be emailed to Us.
We will use all reasonable care to ensure the information displayed on your listing is accurate, but We cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions that may occur and will not be responsible for any loss arising, however caused, through the setting up and use of the listing on the Website.
Amending your listing
If you require amendments to be made to your listing, please email the changes to info@bedandbreakfastdirectory.co.uk. Any such amendments are free throughout the term of the advertisement.
Payment and Refunds
The payment for your listing will usually be required before commencement of the listing creation. Payment may be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card.
If you provide credit/debit card details this information will be used to collect the agreed amount and then destroyed.
Thare are technical and set up costs involved as soon as We start creating your listing page. In view of this, We are unable to give any refund in whole or in part, once the advertisement goes live or at any time during the period of your listing unless required to do so by Law.
Terms of use
We endeavour to ensure that the listings on the Website are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year. However, We are not liable in event that the website becomes unavailable, whether this is because of technical difficulties, such as breakdown of servers or power outages, nor through the winding up or closing down of the Owner.
In the event that the Website becomes unavailable, We will allocate resources to bringing the Website back online as soopn as possible.
The information displayed on listings on the Website is provided in good faith, but no liability will be accepted for any loss that may occur either to you or your customer(s) through the use of this website.
Any contract you have with your customer for the hire or otherwise of your accommodation will be entirely separate to the introduction that may be attributed to the use of this Website.
Once We have created your listing (including, but not limited to, all text and pictures held displayed on the Website) becomes the property of Us. Copying, printing or downloading of this data is allowed for an individuals use. Copying, printing or downloading of data for Marketing or Sales purposes by third parties is strictly forbidden.
Advertisers or visitors to the site should not attempt to change or modify any data on the Website.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law or other such relevant Law. In the event any dispute arises We will always attempt to resolve any issue without resource to legal proceedings.
